All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at northstandardfashion@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will review your case.

We encourage all customers to review product details, sizing, and fragrance descriptions carefully before purchasing.

 

Order Cancellations 

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed by contacting us immediately at northstandardfashion@gmail.com or 905-702-7776. After 1 hour, orders cannot be cancelled as they may already be processed or shipped. All sales are final once an order is confirmed.
